@sun @genmaicha "Ethical" licenses that ban use of the software for "hateful purposes" are the gateway to a social credit system. Republicans, libertarians, Christians, fossil fuel companies, pro-life pregnancy centers and more could be locked out of all computer software if "ethical" licensing takes off.

The one man who stands in the way of this happening is RMS, because once the wokeists succeed at getting rid of RMS (or when RMS dies) they can forcibly upgrade most GPL software to "Ethical Source GPLv4" and create their social credit system.

@sun It has nothing to do with protecting children and everything to do with building a surveillance grid and social credit system. It's the same thing as the COVID vaccine, the whole point of the vaccine that doesn't stop you from getting sick was to create this same system based on keeping track of vaccines and boosters. When that didn't work out they rebranded it as "protect the children." Note how blue states and red states have different things they are protecting children from, but they are all setting up the same surveillance grid and social credit system.

I think the whole point of the COVID vaccine was a failed attempt by the globalists to create a surveillance grid based on getting up to date boosters. (Note how they keep changing the backstory of this vaccine - first it was "99% effective" and "you will never get sick", the last I heard it only supposedly reduces severity of symptoms for four months after vaccination.)

When that didn't work out the globalists changed tactics and came up with "age verification" to create the exact same surveillance grid.

Keep in mind how red states and blue states both want age verification, but for different reasons. In the case of red states, it's to protect children from adult content. In the case of blue states, it's to protect children from mental illness related to social media use. But they are using the same exact system - age verification - to create the exact same surveillance grid.
