Technically, the site allows you to view a few pics of the page then login gates you. I have no idea how much more is in the code or if it gates you there too, but I suppose acting as an RSS Feed and just fetching the latest posts could server some purpose
Otherwise, unfortunately, may have to have an account to scrap more and from the groups, most groups are private to avoid Facebook's wrath as much as possible
