- A ren fest knight who takes his role pretty seriously comes down with a case of a lot of things wrong with him, including, worst of all, simping for the queen. The episode is primarily a (decent) justification for House and team to dress up in period appropriate clothing.
- A foid in an "open marriage" convinces Taub to painfully pad the episode with many scenes of his own disastrous crumbling marriage.
- A man goes mute during his wedding. House makes sure to very speedily ruin his life by revealing that he's a big gaywad who went through conversion therapy and is now """straight."""
