@sun @lain A market order without a set limit is a fire sale. If it's big enough it will clear the market and buy/sell at a far different price than the "market price" before the order went through. This is true in both the stock market and crypto. Anyone doing million dollar transactions should understand this.

He's wrong. Courts don't give a fuck anymore. And "code is speech" is never going to convince anyone. Programmers believe that, but no one else does.
I still vividly remember learning fractions and rounding in a day, and then spending weeks doing worksheets on stuff I already knew how to do. No one was ever like "hey we should give this kid some harder math." Nope I just got to do repetitive worksheets for months. I assume other kids in the class needed more practice on these concepts? I have no idea.

Dave Cutler brought other DEC engineers with him and there's evidence they brought DEC code with them. Just read this yesterday after I did a quick search yesterday to confirm what I had heard years ago about VMS/WNT.
